The people behind the counter were friendly and helpful, which was a nice surprise. It’s always great when basic customer service doesn’t feel like a huge ask.

I liked it the flavor was good and the crust had a nice bite to it. It was a little greasy though, but still tasty overall

I ordered through the website, and overall it got the job done. From my experience, the menu was easy to browse and pick from, so that part was fine. The only thing that threw me off was checkout — it felt a little slow, and for a moment I wasn’t sure if my order had actually gone through. The food showed up as expected and there wasn’t anything wrong with it, but the process could definitely be smoother. I’d use it again if I needed to, but it wasn’t the easiest online ordering experience.

It got here way faster than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. The pizza was still hot too, and that’s always the thing I worry about. Also, the driver didn’t have any trouble finding the place, so that was easy. Smooth overall, no hassle at all. I’d definitely order again.

The customer service was disappointing. I felt like I was being ignored, and the staff didn’t really seem to care whether my issue got sorted or not. They can use all the friendly, polished company phrases they want, but it didn’t feel genuine at all.

I thought the place looked clean when I visited, and I appreciated that the tables were wiped down. It made the whole experience feel more comfortable to me

Palace Pizza has a really big menu, which is nice when everyone wants something different. They’ve got pizza, subs, pasta, salads, and a bunch of the usual takeout stuff, so choices definitely aren’t the problem.

That said, the menu felt kind of all over the place. Like, really all over the place. I kept flipping through it trying to figure out what I actually wanted, and it took longer than it should have because there was just so much going on.
The food wasn’t bad, and I’d probably order again if I just wanted something easy. It’s fine, it’s simple, it gets the job done, but it didn’t really wow me. Again, not bad, just kind of all over the place and average overall.

I used to think this was a decent buy, but at the current price, it just doesn’t feel worth it to me anymore. It’s not that the product is terrible or anything like that, but when I look at what I’m actually getting for the money, it feels too expensive now. Maybe if the price came back down a bit I’d consider it again, but as it is, I’d probably look for a cheaper option

Maybe I had bigger expectations for a dinner order, but I was still kind of hungry after. Not terrible, not amazing, just average for me
